If something worries you: Call the clinic number any time in the first 48 hours after treatment and Dr Calloway calls you back the same day. Every treatment has a free review at two weeks.
Complaints: Write to Dr Calloway. You get a reply within five working days, and if you are not happy with it, we tell you how to take it to an independent adjudicator. Privacy and complaints in full.
