Questions people ask first

What happens at the free consultation?

Forty minutes with Dr Calloway at a table, not a treatment chair. She looks, listens and writes you a plan with exact prices. You go home with it. Nobody is treated on the same day.

Will it look natural?

That is the whole point of the clinic. Small amounts, placed slowly, reviewed free at two weeks. If something wouldn't suit you, she will say so.

How much does it cost?

Prices start from £95 for a peel and £280 for lips; every treatment and its starting price is listed above. Your exact price is in your written plan before you decide anything. Pay on the day of treatment by card; nothing is paid to book.

Will I be pushed into treatment?

No. 1 in 4 consultations end with “not yet”, with no treatment and no charge.

Does it hurt, and is there downtime?

A numbing cream first, and most people feel pressure rather than pain. Expect some swelling for a day or two; most people go back to work the next day.
