Lips
from £280, exact price in your written plan

Softer shape and a little more hydration, built up over one or two visits. The aim is that nobody can tell, including you in a year's time.
- What it is
- A hyaluronic acid filler, placed in small amounts with a fine needle or cannula. It is a medical device, and it can be reversed if needed.
- Who it suits
- Lips that have thinned or lost their edge with age, or are uneven. Not for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18.
- Who it doesn't
- If you want a size you saw on someone else, Dr Calloway will tell you honestly whether it suits your face. Sometimes the answer is no.
- How it feels
- A numbing cream first. Most people describe pressure rather than pain.
- Downtime
- Swelling for two to four days, sometimes a small bruise. Most people go back to work the next day.
- How long it lasts
- Six to twelve months, faster if you exercise a lot.
- Risks
- Bruising, swelling, and rarely a blocked blood vessel, which is why a doctor treats you and why it is reviewed at two weeks.
- Review
- A free check at two weeks, and a top-up then if it needs one.
Will people notice?
They will notice you look well. With one syringe or less, placed slowly, most people don't spot that anything was done.
Can it be undone?
Yes. Dr Calloway can reverse hyaluronic filler, usually within a day or two.
What if I don't like it?
Come back at the two-week review. We adjust it, and if you want it gone, we dissolve it.
