Tired under-eyes
from £450, exact price in your written plan

The hollow under the eyes softened, so you stop looking tired when you aren't. Doctor only, and not right for everyone.
- What it is
- A soft hyaluronic acid filler placed under the eye with a fine cannula. It can be reversed if needed.
- Who it suits
- A hollow or shadow under the eye with good skin over it. Not for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18.
- Who it doesn't
- Puffy eyes, bags and dark pigment are not helped by filler. Dr Calloway will tell you at the consultation, and suggest what will help instead.
- How it feels
- A numbing cream first. Most people feel pressure and no sharp pain.
- Downtime
- Swelling for up to a week, sometimes a bruise. Plan around anything important.
- How long it lasts
- Nine to twelve months.
- Risks
- Bruising, swelling, small lumps and rarely a blocked blood vessel. This is the area where experience matters most, so only Dr Calloway treats it.
- Review
- A free check at two weeks.
Why is it doctor only?
The skin is thin and the area is close to important blood vessels. Dr Calloway does every under-eye treatment herself.
What if I'm not suitable?
You will be told at the consultation, with no charge, and offered what would help, often skincare or a peel.
Will people notice?
They notice you look less tired. Done in small amounts, they rarely spot why.
Treated by Dr Ines Calloway, GMC 0000000. Results vary from person to person. Before-and-after photos are real patients only, with consent.
