The camera never moves and the room never changes. The only thing that changes is the tree through the window, and it does the whole job of telling you how long this took.

Nobody cries or shouts or slams a door. You read it off a chair that stops being sat in, a bag that turns up by the door, a bottle that arrives and then stays. The seasons in the window are the clock, which is why the set has to be looked at in order rather than dipped into.
