This site is run by Forvr Studios, the trading name of Rory Wilkie, an individual sole trader working from Reading, England. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Forvr Studios, and "you" means anyone using forvr.org.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You are welcome to look at everything here, and to share links to it. You may not copy, republish, resell or systematically scrape the site or its contents, and you may not use anything on it to train a machine learning model without asking us first.
Please do not try to break the site, get into parts of it that are not public, or use it to send anything unlawful.
The work shown here
Every film and image on this site was made by Forvr Studios, and we own or license the rights in it. Nothing on this page gives you permission to reuse it.
Some of the work here is spec. Spec means we made it ourselves, unprompted, to show what we can do. Nobody commissioned it, nobody paid for it, and it never ran as a campaign. Wherever that is the case we label it spec on the project itself. We do not name the brand a spec film was made for, and you should not read a spec project as a client relationship, an endorsement, or a campaign that happened.
Other people's brands and trademarks
Some of the work here shows garments, logos or products belonging to brands we have no relationship with. Those trademarks stay the property of their owners. Their appearance in a piece of self-initiated work is not a claim of affiliation, sponsorship, approval or endorsement, in either direction. If you own a mark that appears here and you would rather it did not, email hello@forvr.org and we will take it down.
How generated work is made
Forvr Studios is an AI-native studio. Much of the imagery and film on this site was produced using generative tools under our direction and then finished by hand. The people in that work are not photographs of real individuals, and the events in it did not happen. We say so here because we would rather be straightforward about it than let you assume otherwise.
Enquiries, quotes and the free trial
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a fixed price, or a contract. Prices, timescales and scope are agreed in writing for each project.
Sending an enquiry or a free trial request does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. A contract only exists once we have sent you a written quote or proposal and you have accepted it in writing. The terms in that document govern the work, and where they differ from this page, that document wins.
The free trial. The free trial is exactly what the page says: we produce three finished pieces built around your brand and send them to you, at no cost, with no card required and no obligation to book us. The pieces are yours to keep and to use. We reserve the right to decide which enquiries we take on, to ask for more information before starting, and to decline a request without giving a reason. Delivery times quoted for the trial are what we aim for in good faith, not a guarantee.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or up to date. We may change or remove anything on it at any time without notice.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we are not responsible for what is on the other end. Following a link is your own decision.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. If you are using the site as a consumer rather than for business, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
