The short version
We do not use cookies, we do not run analytics, and there are no advertising or tracking pixels anywhere on this site. Every font, script and image is served from our own server, so loading a page does not tell any other company you were here. The only personal information we hold is what you type into one of our two forms and send us on purpose.
Who we are
Forvr Studios is the trading name of Rory Wilkie, an individual sole trader working from Reading, England. Forvr Studios is the data controller for the information described on this page.

What we collect
Information you send us
There are two forms on this site. Everything they collect is information you choose to type in.
- The contact form. Your name, your email address, your brand name if you give one, a budget range if you pick one, and your message.
- The free trial form. What your brand sells, your name, your email address, your brand name, your brand's Instagram handle, the product you want the work built around, what product photography you already have, and any timing you mention.
Both forms carry a hidden field that automated spam bots fill in and people do not. We use it only to throw away spam.
Information collected automatically
We do not run any analytics, so we do not build a picture of who visits or what they look at. Our hosting provider sees your IP address and browser details in its server logs, as any web server does. Nothing else is involved: we host our own fonts and scripts rather than pulling them from Google or a public CDN, so no third party learns you visited unless you actually send us a form.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. A few older pages store a single value in your browser's session storage, named forvrPass, purely so the page transition animation knows to play. It contains no information about you, it is never sent anywhere, and it disappears when you close the tab.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to any marketing list you did not ask for.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Under UK GDPR we rely on two lawful bases. When you send an enquiry we process it to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Beyond that we rely on legitimate interests, specifically running a small studio, answering the people who contact it, and keeping records of the work we have quoted for. We think that is what you would reasonably expect when you fill in a form asking us to get in touch.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects. Deleted within 24 months.
- Enquiries that do become projects. Kept for the life of the project and then for six years afterwards, because UK tax and accounting rules require us to keep business records for that long.
- Spam. Deleted immediately.
Information leaving the UK
Formspree is based in the United States, so anything you send through one of our forms is processed there. That transfer relies on the UK’s approved safeguards, which for US providers usually means the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. If you never submit a form, nothing about you leaves the UK.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@forvr.org and we will answer within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Children
This site is aimed at brands and the people who run them. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will tell you directly.
