Prices
What our kind of work usually costs here, what is included, and how you pay. A rough price takes ten seconds; a fixed one takes a free site visit.
Your answer appears here: whether we do it, a rough range, the weeks on site and the closest job we’ve finished.
Typical ranges
Build cost per m² plus 10 to 15% for design, structural and building-control fees, before VAT.
| Project | Typical size | Build cost | All in, typical size | On site |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single-storey extension | 30 m² | £2,800 to £3,500 per m² | £92k to £121k | 12 to 18 weeks |
| Two-storey extension | 45 m² | £2,400 to £3,200 per m² | £119k to £166k | 18 to 26 weeks |
| Loft conversion | 1 to 2 bedrooms | £55k to £75k | £61k to £86k | 8 to 12 weeks |
| Kitchen-led renovation | 30 m² | £1,600 to £2,400 per m² | £53k to £83k | 8 to 14 weeks |
Illustrative for this concept: single-storey and loft ranges are taken from 2026 builder and architect cost guides for the South East; two-storey and kitchen ranges are our estimates.
