Privacy and complaints

What we collect: Your name, mobile, email and what you tell us when you book, and drawings or photos you send us. Nothing else, and no tracking cookies.
Why: Only to manage your appointment, your quote and your project. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it: Project records are kept for the 10-year warranty period. Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to us and we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Complaints: Write to Martin Lowe, The Yard, Twyford, Berkshire RG10. You get a reply within five working days and a full answer within 20. If you are still not happy, we tell you which independent body can look at it.
