Client added a second roof light in week 6, priced and signed before we fitted it.
- The brief
- A cramped kitchen in a 1960s house, opened up under a vaulted roof with an oak kitchen along one wall.
- Design and planning
- Planning permission for the new roof line took eight weeks. Structural steel designed and priced before the contract.
- On site
- Fourteen weeks planned, fourteen taken. In week six the clients asked for a second roof light.
- The money
- Quoted £118k, paid £121k. The £3k is the second roof light, priced and signed before we fitted it.
